This Arkansas Orthodontics Idol Smile Contest is just crazy. We are getting 500 or more votes every day. It has already been a lot of fun. I think we have 40 of the best looking guys and gals that I have ever seen, AND the smiles, I must say, are just beautiful. Some are finished and some are still under construction.

I have met Ashley W. once this summer. Her smile is contagious. Sometimes I lay awake at night thinking of her smile. Well, the voting is finally over and it was such a wild and excitng ride. We had almost 13,000 votes in the few weeks fo the contest. When the voting closed at 5 PM on Friday, it took our accounting team nearly all night to tabulate the results.
Now we have our 12 Winners, and they are all fantastic folks with beautiful smiles and great personalities. But my heart just ached all day because ALL of the people in the contest that I have come to love WERE NOT going on to the final group. I have "fallen in love" with each of you all over again. You were just SO fantastic to be a part of our first contest. [I think I would have changed the rules today if I could.] I am not happy to have lost so may of my friends from the Final 12.
