My World Cup "pick"

I know I am probably the only one who cares but for those who have been around the office lately can hear me yapping about the World Cup. There are so many strong teams. You have got Brazil...supposed to win. Mexico has been strong and will be hard to beat. England and Germany are strong. However, the 5th rank United States team played like the old high school team I used to coach! Waiting on the ball to come to you is no way to win a game. The next game will determine everything for them and it better look nothing like the game against the Czech Republic. My bet however, if I was a betting guy - Mexico will go on to beat Brazil and take it all in the finals. Any takers? Talk to me......

Well, the US did not looks so bad against Italy. The refs need to stop deciding who has won before the game has ended. I would love to see the US win on European soil, but it is very unlikely! Mexico looks strong, but in soccer and at that level, it is anyone's game.

Looks like my MEXICO choice was not correct. My money--and there is not much left--is on GERMANY; but they have a hard way to go.

I am also getting tired of the referees being blamed for the "out of control" games. It is the players who are out of control, and I am often embarrassed at the "childish" level of play and behavior of some of the players who are supposed to be world class.

Hi guys. I must renew my criticism of the quality of play this year. I do not think that the problem is the referees. I think that there is a poor level of professionalism and sportsmanship in the players. As an old soccer referee, it is the players that control the level of the game. This poor quality of play runs all the way from the "dive-taking" theatrics to try to get a foul called the "classless" of Zidane in extra time in the finals. The players need to grow up and play the game not the "referee."

I just wonder how much could i can expect it to cost to have orthodontic braces done as an adult?
I've always kind of wanted to have straighter teeth but always have felt like its too late...do adults typically get braces...?
