Dr. Pickard, alias "Dr. P.", brings over thirty years of experience to the patients. He loves watching smiles and faces change during treatment, and can recognize "his faces" anywhere. He's a perfectionist, which is good news for his patients. Dr. P. loves a challenge and is especially fond of mentoring prospective young pre-dental students. Over fifteen former assistants are either enrolled in dental school, pursuing a specialty degree in addition to a general dental degree or building a practice of their own. Dr. P. is assisted by wonderful team at Arkansas Orthodontics, and he especially proud of this dentists who serve as appliance specialists.
